Architectural Design

We will design the architectural elements of your home, providing you with floor plans, exterior elevations and exterior renderings. To begin, we complete a site analysis reviewing all the details that will impact the design whether that is local bylaw restrictions, community architectural guidelines and optimizing views. We then take that information into design development and finally construction drawings.

Interior Design

We will design the interior elements of your home or business. We work within the building envelope to create an interior experience through space planning, millwork design, finish selections and fixture selections. We work closely with our clients to have a clear understanding of their vision and how they want it to function and feel. Once the design has been finalized and approved we create construction drawings and specifications. During pricing and construction we will be available for questions, clarifications and problem solving as required to ensure the project is being executed as intended. We will be available to complete shop drawing reviews, and milestone site visits or additional meetings as required.

Interior Styling

Interior styling is the finishing details of the design. This will complete the design and evoke the intended experience. We will curate a styling package for the each space which will include furniture, decor and artwork. These items may be new per-fabricated or custom items sourced from a combination of online/in-store retailors, designer suppliers or re-using the clients existing items.

Design Build

This is a full service offering – from exterior to interior to the final construction build. This is a synchronize design process where exterior and interiors work closely together to create a truly unique and bespoke home design. Following the design process, we will complete the construction build. The benefit of this is because we were the designers we already have an in-depth understanding of the design and the clients vision so we’re able to mitigate potential oversights.
